Terms of Service

Welcome to Even Par Tour, a mobile application operated by Driver Wedge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Even Par Tour mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Even Par Tour. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Tour Membership ($9.99/year, older app versions, through December 31st, 2026). Joining a tour in an older version of the app costs $9.99 per tour per calendar year, purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Membership runs through December 31st of the year purchased and does not automatically renew — you choose to rejoin and pay again each year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. These dues end January 1st, 2027.
Even Par Tour Membership ($69.99/year). Starting with the app update that introduces Even Par Tour Membership, joining a tour is free and Even Par Tour Membership goes on sale. Through December 31st, 2026, every golfer keeps full use without a membership. Starting January 1st, 2027, every golfer gets one free leaderboard round; after that, Even Par Tour Membership is required for your rounds to count on leaderboards and to post, reply, or react in the feed — reading the feed stays free. Membership is an auto-renewing annual subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system, billed from the date you buy it, including a membership bought before January 1st, 2027. It automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase and again at each renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device.
These Terms incorporate Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, except where modified by these Terms.
Refunds for any charge are handled through Apple under our Refund Policy.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Post or share any content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
- Use the App for commercial solicitation or spam
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these rules.
5. User-Generated Content
Any content you post within the app (such as feed posts, replies, or reactions) remains your responsibility. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the app.
If you believe content violates these Terms or infringes your rights, report it in-app (Feed > Report) or email director@evenpartour.com. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. We do not pre-screen content, we are not responsible for content posted by users, and we do not endorse any user's posts, reactions, or statistics shared in the feed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property in the app (except for user-generated content) are the property of Driver Wedge LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
8. Account Deletion and Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Locker Room > Account, at the bottom (Destroy Everything) inside the app. Deletion anonymizes your profile — your name, handle, and login are removed — rather than erasing every record. Your past rounds and tour standings are retained under a generated name so the standings and statistics of other golfers in your tours aren't disrupted. You may also request deletion by emailing director@evenpartour.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or accuracy of content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driver Wedge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to that venue.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify users through the app or other means. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
